Included in this documentation is a background check where you will be asked to provide prior addresses for the last 7 years.

Step 4: Volunteers are required to attend Fauquier Hospital orientation training on confidentiality, infection control, fire & safety and customer service. A negative TST test and a completed health record are also requirements. The orientation takes place over a portion of two days every other week. We ask that you attend the next available class after you have met all other requirements.

Step 5: Our volunteer uniform is a blue jacket for men and women. The only cost to you to volunteer, besides your time, is the purchase of this uniform jacket for $20.00.
