Baby Care Essentials — Grandparents Welcome!
Taught by certified childbirth educators. Topics include diapering, bathing, cord care, circumcision care, feeding methods and infant safety. Listen to a presentation from pediatrician, Dennis Rustom, M.D., board certified in pediatrics. The cost is $20 per person. Grandparents are welcome to attend this class.

Your Childbirth Experience
Discussion oriented and interactive, the class covers much more than just labor. It begins with your feelings during pregnancy, contains a lot of good information about labor, reviews breathing techniques and relaxation, and includes a maternity tour. The cost is $120 per couple.
