Lisa Spitzer, Patient Concierge
Fauquier Hospital’s Concierge works with patients, families, staff and physicians to promote an environment of open communication in a warm and friendly manner. She provides our patients and their families with amenities and services to make hospitalization as pleasant as possible. During normal business hours, she makes rounds to patient rooms to check in with patients, follow-up on requests and assure that patients understand all aspects of their care. The concierge can be your advocate if you have unmet needs after speaking to your medical team members. Any concerns and/or requests may be discussed with the Concierge to achieve a positive outcome for all involved.
