Health Information Management Department

The Health Information Management Department provides information pertaining to your admission and treatment received for the purpose of continuing health care, reimbursement, regulatory requirements and the administrative needs of Fauquier Hospital. HIM provides these services while assuring confidentiality.

HIM is available Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. at 540-316-4440.
