Northern Virginia Nursing Care: The Villa at Suffield Meadows

The new Villa at Suffield Meadows is a 56-unit assisted living facility located just north of Warrenton on U.S. 29. With lots of light and greenery, the beautiful complex resembles a gracious Virginia estate and offers many amenities: a wellness center, beauty salon, library, computer room, formal and casual dining rooms, and an 11-person memory support unit for residents with dementia.

The new assisted living complex is LEED certified (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Green Building Rating) and includes indigenous landscaping. LEED certification provides independent, third-party verification that a building project meets the highest green building and performance measures. It also identifies a structure as environmentally responsible, profitable, and a healthy place to live and work in.

The Villa at Suffield Meadows has a planned opening date of Summer 2010. Rental agreements will operate on a month-to-month basis. As the residents’ needs for care increases, additional nursing and support staff can be added.
